Shen Beiyi is the Ruanxian Virtuoso of the team, she introduced:" We were established by Shanghai No.1 National Musical Instruments Factory in 2005. We are the first professional ethnic chamber music team in Shanghai."
"We often represent Shanghai as a cultural business card. We will according to the different countries and regions we go to find some excellent local works that can have more interaction with the local audiences, find some excellent local works that can have more interaction with the local audiences." Shen Beiyi introduced: "The song we just heard was when we went to Spain and cooperated with local guitarists. Then we specially invited composer Zhang Meng to adapt it for us."
"Maybe in people's traditional impression folk music is some traditional music pieces. But unexpectedly now some performers and composers innovate and use a more popular way which is very immersive. " the visitor said.
"Our team actually in many performance venues such as Shanghai Concert Hall including the City Theatre in Minhang District. We have been stationed here in Minhang all the time." Shen Beiyi told reporter.

新艺民族室内乐团，由上海民族乐器一厂有限公司于2005年9月组建，成员全部毕业于上海音乐学院，是上海第一支职业化的专业民族室内乐团。
新艺民族室内乐团阮咸演奏家沈贝怡自豪地表示，她们经常作为上海的文化“名片”，去不同国家和地区表演，乐团会找和观众比较有互动的当地优秀作品进行表演，“刚才听到的《西班牙》就是我们当时去西班牙和当地的吉他手合作，特地委约作曲家张梦老师帮我们改编的作品。”
“可能在大家的传统印象里，民乐大多是一些传统乐曲，但没想到现在一些演奏家和作曲家，他们在创新，用更喜闻乐见的方式进行表演，很有代入感。”现场观众告诉记者。
沈贝怡说：“我们乐团在很多演出场所，包括上海音乐厅、闵行区的城市剧院都有自己固定的品牌音乐会。我们一直都驻扎在闵行，很高兴这次能收到邀请，代表闵行区用自己的乐器来展示中国的民乐。”
