Body paragraph 1
Notably, burgeoning gig economy offers abundant temporary vacancies in a string of freelance jobs, ranging from ride-hailing service and food deliveries to tutoring and code writing. This access to flexibility and independence is a leading cause for a rising number of job hoppers, who put a high value on work-life balance and mobility in life. Nonetheless, workplace discontent is at the core of the causes. Previous studies show that a whopping turnover rate in tech companies, financial sectors, healthcare and childcare could be mainly explained by grueling burnout, deceptive workplace cultures and stagnant compensation. These obstacles finally elbow out employees with rising financial responsibility for their family.

Body paragraph 2
At first glance, constant switching jobs seem to bode well for societal progress; more public funds could be made possible, when a pronounced uptick in overall income is generated. By the same token, having more labor force landing more aligned jobs, an overall mental wellbeing could positively contribute to a sustainable social development. However, a gloomy consumer confidence brought on by extended unemployment could sabotage the aforementioned rosy scenario. Fearing that their employability could be further depreciated, long-term jobless workers are forced to tighten their purse strings. This thriftiness, in turn, could translate into a precipitous drop in company sales, ultimately eroding prospects of many other sectors.
