10月24日，教师教育资源联盟成立十周年学术成果交流会暨第十四次工作会议在天津美达菲学校隆重召开。南开区教育局党委书记、局长孙建昆，区教师发展中心党总支书记、主任邬学青，南开大学附属中学党委书记李春梅，天津美达菲学校校长袁欣等出席会议，教师教育资源联盟成员单位领导、专家学者共130余位出席。
The Academic Achievement Exchange Conference for the 10th Anniversary of the Teacher Education Resources Alliance, which is also the 14th annual conference was successfully held in Tianjin MacDuffie School on October 24th. Sun Jiankun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Nankai District Education Bureau, Wu Xueqing, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of Nankai Teacher Development Center, Li Chunmei, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Affiliated High School of Nankai University, and Yuan Xin, Principal of Tianjin MacDuffie School attended the meeting.Nearly 130 leaders and researchers from member institutions of the Teacher Education Resources Alliance participated.
大会以“共享智慧 共创未来——教师教育资源的建设与发展”为主题，深刻总结了十年来教师教育资源联盟在北京、天津、上海、重庆、江苏等地，以及清华、北大、高教社、外研社等各成员单位所取得的经验和成果。集中展示了联盟成员单位在学科教学关键问题解决、育人方式变革、教师专业发展等方面取得的成功经验和成果，并从理论研究和案例实践的视角重点探讨了联盟成员单位对初中跨学科主题学习的内涵理解、实践指导和相关问题的思考。
With the theme of “Sharing Wisdom and Creating the Future-Constructing and Developing Educational Resources for Teachers”, the conference summarized the experiences and achievements from the teacher training departments of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing Jiangsu, as well as those from the member institutions like Tsinghua University, Peking University, Higher Education Press, and Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press over the past decade.
姚守梅校长、理事长做主旨报告
会议通过主题发言、专家沙龙、专家讲座、分组研讨等形式，对教师教育资源建设、数字化教育和跨学科探索等方面议题进行了学习和交流。北京市海淀区教师进修学校校长、教师教育资源联盟理事长姚守梅女士充分肯定了南开区“云动”课程资源平台在推动教研体系化、结构化、专业化发展方面做出的显著贡献。
The meeting featured thematic speeches, expert salons, expert forum,and group discussions, focusing on topics such as the construction of teacher education resources, digital education, and interdisciplinary exploration.Ms. Yao Shoumei, fully recognized the significant contribution of Nankai District's "Yundong" curriculum resource platform in promoting the systematic, structured, and professional development of the teaching and research system.
孙建昆党委书记、局长致辞
会上，区教育局党委书记、局长孙建昆同志做了重要讲话。孙局提到“强国必先强教，强教必先强师”，联盟以研学共同体的形式汇聚了全国各教育强区的教研系统，十年里始终如一地坚持服务教师教育的初心，通过教研方式变革，创新教研文化在教师教育资源建设和应用等方面取得了显著成效。此外，他还特别提到要努力构建学科教研和校本教研的新样态，打造数字化智慧教育的高地，为今后教师教育联盟的研究与实践创新提供了思路。
At the conference, Mr.Sun Jiankun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Education Bureau, delivered an important speech. He expressed the important role that the Teacher Education Resources Alliance plays in deepening the transformation of teaching and research methods, leading the innovation of teaching and research culture, and assisting in the professional growth of teachers. He emphasized the necessity of post-employment training for teacher development and encouraged teachers to continuously broaden their horizons and cultivate their sentiments. Additionally, he specifically mentioned the need to strive to build a new model of disciplinary teaching and school-based teaching and research, create a highland of digital intelligent education, and point out the direction for future research and practice innovation of the Teacher Education Alliance.
袁欣校长做专题发言
天津美达菲学校校长袁欣做了题为《怀中国心，做世界人——美达菲学校跨学科主题学习实践探索》的专题发言。作为一所十五年一体的国际化民办学校，美达菲学校始终以“怀中国心 做世界人”为办学理念，以“培养所有学生良好的思维习惯与高尚的道德情操，帮助学生在未来的家庭生活和工作中成为一个有价值、有责任心、尊重多元文化的世界公民”为育人使命，建校6年来逐步得到家长的认可，赢得良好的社会口碑。
Ms.Yuan Xin, Principal of Tianjin MacDuffie School, delivered a speech entitled “Global Vision with a Chinese Heart - Exploring the Practice of Interdisciplinary Learning in MacDuffie School”. As a K-12 private school, MacDuffie School has always adhered to the educational philosophy of "Global Vision with a Chinese Heart". With the mission of ‘foster in all students the intellectual habits of mind, high ethical standards, and respect for diversity required for becoming effective individuals in their personal and work lives and moral and responsible participants in the world beyond’, the school has gradually gained recognition from parents and earned a good social reputation since its establishment 6 years ago.
