空间结构规划为：“一心一廊三区”空间结构形式。一心：入口综合服务中心，为本案主入口和配套服务区，是旅游综合服务形象展示区。涵盖：入口印象、游客中心、主题民宿、精品酒店、集散广场、停车场等配套。一廊：鹿鸣云上文化廊，利用并疏通现状道路，丰富两侧植被，形成把步移景异、三季花四，季景的雅致景观，植入风雅文化IP微景观，形成独具鹿鸣山乡特色的观光休闲的漫步道。三区：耕读文化研学区：位于项目地东部，利用现状中草药种植地、果林、茶林、水塘、农田等空间，轻植入软装设施景观（木廊道、木坐凳、装置艺术等），形成及集自然教育、农耕文化教育、茶蔬采摘、水上娱乐等研学农场。森林康养度假休憩区：位于项目地东北部依托最高的山体龙脊优势（1600m海拔），形成集高端民宿（云上鹿鸣精品民宿）、文化书屋（鹿鸣书院）、观星看台（听风台）等为结构组团的林间康养休憩区。山野营地娱乐体验区：位于项目地东南部，依托场地半围合空间，恢复山间自然水系，形成集营地集市、音乐广场、动物运动场、野奢木屋住宿、森林运动与观光体验的特色林间营地体验区。

风雅隐蔽在浓浓云雾之中，当人们走近时，突然云散月明，一个璀璨的世界、一个美好的世外桃源就这样呈现在人们面前，进入风雅的仪式感----月上风雅慢生活。以诗经中“风雅文化”为氛围烘托，引水入庭，以合院形式规划布局民宿群，形成多个“四水归堂，典雅风趣”的民宿庭院环境，打造禅文化与艺术融合的特色度假民宿，营造一个可以让人慢下来的度假空间。

The material is mainly steel frame structure with anticorrosive wood, which appears warm and textured.
