RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
建筑不言，下自成蹊。全国唯一私人收藏酒店、2座明代官制古建、跨越500年、1825天匠心修缮、2000+ 徽史文献、200+收藏真迹。跨越了数百年时光，如珍宝般被修复，身上保有的明代气度，令每一方寸都有深厚底蕴。

The only private collection hotel in the country, 2 Ming Dynasty official ancient buildings, spanning 500 years, 1825 days of ingenuity repair, 2000+ Hui historical documents, 200+ collection of authentic works. 酒店主体原为两座明代徽派建筑，前身分别是新安中医世家及徽州盐商府邸。主人在2005年一眼相中并收入囊下，2017年开始进行修复，用两年时间确定方案，三年时间逐一修复建筑的一砖一瓦，保持了原汁原味的木作系统。梁柱骨架以木构为主，工艺上复原再现榫卯组合，秉乘“修旧如旧”的理念，古今结合，别有一番风味。木窗以白果树老木料取代杉木，转轴与窠臼初装上紫铜内外衬套，美观、实用且不易变形，为了精美雕花，请来七代木工传人“双喜”，历时2年手工雕刻所有细节。
