峨眉山手工制茶,讲究功法、技法、心法三法合一,在此基础上才能形成一杯有灵魂的手工茶。
  To make a great cup of hand-made Mount Emei tea, the love for tea is as important as the virtuosity.
  由于独特的气候环境,峨眉山一直以来被誉为中国茶乡,种茶、制茶是峨眉山市的支柱产业。
  Due to its unique climate condition, Mount Emei has long been hailed as the Kingdom of tea in China, and the planting and manufacturing of green tea serve as the local pillar industry.
  “蜀国多仙山、峨眉邈难匹”,地处四川盆地西南边缘的峨眉山,茶历史悠久绵延、茶文化源远流长。
  "Sichuan boasts many immortal mountains, among which Mount Emei stands out". Located on the southwestern edge of the Sichuan Basin, Mount Emei has a long history and rich culture of tea.
  唐代《昭明文选注》记载:“峨山多药草,茶尤好,异于天下。”吸仙山之灵气、聚云雾之甘露,加上深厚肥沃的酸性土壤,成就了峨眉山茶的独特品质;历经岁月沉淀,儒、释、道文化相渗相融,更形成了峨眉山茶的独特内涵。
  The Tang Dynasty book "Zhao Ming Wen Xuan Zhu" records: "Mount Emei is abundant in medicinal herbs, especially tea, which is extraordinary." Drawing on the spiritual essence of the immortal mountains and the sweet dew of the gathering clouds and mist, combined with the deep, fertile, acidic soil, this has created the unique quality of Mount Emei tea. Over the years, through the integration of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism, the tea has further developed its distinctive cultural connotation.
