精卫填海
Jingwei Filling the Sea
很久很久以前，有一座大山，叫作发鸠山。山上住着一位美丽的小女孩，她的名字叫做精卫，她是炎帝的小女儿。
A long time ago, there was a great mountain called Fajiu Mountain. On the mountain lived a beautiful little girl named Jingwei. She was the youngest daughter of the Emperor of Yan.
精卫是一个非常勇敢的小女孩，她喜欢探险，有一天她决定去大海边玩。她来到大海边，看见辽阔的大海，兴奋地跑了过去。然而，海浪突然变得非常汹涌，一波巨浪将精卫卷入海中，精卫不幸溺水去世了。
Jingwei was a very brave little girl who loved adventure. One day, she decided to go to the seaside to play. When she arrived at the seashore and saw the vast ocean, she excitedly ran towards it. However, the waves suddenly became very rough, and a huge wave swept Jingwei into the sea, where she unfortunately drowned.
精卫的灵魂化作了一只小鸟，她决心报复大海，把它填满。于是，她飞到山上，捡起一颗小石子，然后飞到大海边，把石子扔进大海里。
Jingwei's soul transformed into a small bird. She was determined to avenge the sea by filling it up. So, she flew to the mountain, picked up a small stone, and then flew back to the sea, throwing the stone into the water.
精卫每天都这样做，一次又一次地将小石子扔进大海中，想要把大海填满。虽然她的努力看起来微不足道，但她永不放弃，一直坚持。
Jingwei did this every day, throwing small stones into the sea over and over again, trying to fill the sea. Although her efforts seemed insignificant, she never gave up and continued with her mission.
精卫面对巨大困难永不放弃的精神，鼓舞着世世代代的人们，努力奋斗。
Jingwei's spirit of never giving up in the face of great challenges has inspired generations of people to strive and persevere.
