Good morning/afternoon, distinguished professors, I'm glad to be here for this interview.My name is Lily.30 years ago, i was born in Xiang tan Hunan Province. I graduated from the marketing management of Hunan University.

During the university, I served as a monitor. This cultivated my good team management ability and cooperation spirit. Besides, I won the title of Excellent Student Cadre at the school level. In June 2010. I was honored to join the Communist Party of China and became a student Party member.

After graduation, I successfully passed the civil service examination and worked in the XX Department of XX City as a second-class staff member. In May 2017, i was selected by Organizational Department of the CPC Xx Municipal Committee to participate in the investigation of“XX City Cadre Training and Education". After receiving the task, I talked with many cadres and analyzed the research data all night. The research report I wrote was rated as an excellent research report. And, I got a high appreciation from leaders at all levels. During the epidemic in 2020. I advanced and retreated with my working partners. We actively participated in epidemic prevention and control, and established a people's livelihood reflection mechanism. So, it allowed us to know people's situation and solve their difficulties timely. After that, I have strengthened my belief: we should always strive to be a good public servant of the people, and bring real sense of security and happiness to them.

Years of working experience has given me a certain understanding of public management knowledge. I am eager to deepen my understanding of public management,and urgently need to learn the systematic knowledge of public management. Therefore, I choose to study MPA in XX University. XX university is one of the best universities in China. It has excellent teachers and a strong academic atmosphere. I believe I can realize my life ideal through my study in XX University.
