据英国媒体报道，当地时间7月13日，英首相约翰逊迎来其宣布辞职后第一次首相质询，质询开始后，现场失去秩序，一片混乱。
“要么闭嘴，要么出去！ （Shut up or get out!）”主持首相质询的英国下议院议长林德赛·霍伊尔 （Lindsay Hoyle）怒吼道，还不断大喊“Order （秩序）”维持秩序。↓↓↓
据报道，这次质询期间，议长霍伊尔命令将两名苏格兰议员逐出了议会，理由是他们扰乱首相质询的进行。

Struggling to make himself heard above the loud talking by lawmakers, the visibly-angry Hoyle ordered them to leave the chamber. “Order! Order!,” he shouted. “I will not tolerate such behaviour, if you want to go out, go out now. But if you stand again, I will order you out. Make your mind up; either shut up or get out.”

Speaking in the Commons during PMQs, he said: “It’s perfectly true that I leave not at a time of my choosing. It is absolutely true. But I am proud of the fantastic teamwork that has been involved in all of those projects, both nationally and internationally.
之后约翰逊称，“我也为我的领导能力感到骄傲。我很快就会昂首离开。”
“I’m also proud of the leadership that I have given. I will be leaving soon with my head held high,” Johnson said.
另据《赫芬顿邮报》报道，由于约翰逊预计于9月离开唐宁街10号，这次会议应该是其作为首相在议会夏季休会前“倒数第二次首相质询”。但约翰逊暗示，这可能是他的最后一次，保守党新任党首可能下周就会被任命。
Johnson is due to have one more PMQs, as the Commons rises for recess at the end of next week and his successor is due to be announced on September 5. But he suggested today it was “possible” he would not be leader by this time next week if his party decided to elect a new leader by “acclimation”.
取代约翰逊，首轮投票他领跑
据此前报道，当地时间7月7日，约翰逊宣布辞去保守党党首和首相职务，但将留任至新领导人产生。
据英国广播公司等媒体报道，当地时间14日下午，英国新首相之争首轮投票已经结束。投票结果显示，6名候选人晋级英国首相第二轮选举，前英国财政大臣里希·苏纳克 （Rishi Sunak）票数领跑。

这些候选人还将从14日开始面临连续几轮的投票，直到剩下最后两名角逐者。最终结果预计于9月5日宣布，届时鲍里斯·约翰逊将移交首相办公室的钥匙。
