秋天进补别乱来，这4种“温润秋果”才是正确打开方式！

秋天一到，后台就被问爆了：“博主，贴秋膘到底该吃啥？”说实话，每年这时候我都想拦一拦各位——先别急着炖羊肉、熬浓汤！秋天燥气当令，咱们的脾胃刚熬过苦夏，还没缓过劲儿来，这时候猛吃温燥大补的东西，嘴上起泡、嗓子冒烟、肚子胀得难受，全找上门了。老祖宗讲“秋收冬藏”，秋天讲究的是润，不是猛。与其大鱼大肉乱补一气，不如把目光转向正当季的秋果——甘甜多汁、温润不燥，既能润肺生津，又能健脾养胃，吃对了比啥补品都管用。

为啥秋天别急着大鱼大肉？

入秋后暑气还没完全退场，空气里的湿度明显往下降，燥邪当令最先伤的就是肺和津液。很多人觉得夏天掉了膘，秋天得赶紧补回来，一上来就是红烧羊肉、当归鸡汤、阿胶糕轮番上阵。结果呢？体质偏热的人嘴角起泡、脸上爆痘，脾胃弱的人肚子胀、大便黏，整个人比夏天还累。

中医有句话叫“虚不受补”，根源多半在脾胃。夏天咱们没少吃冷饮凉菜，脾胃的运化能力本来就偏弱，这时候突然塞进去一堆厚味浓汤，脾胃根本转不动，反而积食化热，加重秋燥。所以秋天进补的正确姿势是：先润再补，先健脾再养身。而应季的秋果，恰好就是最温和的那把钥匙。

4种秋果，温润不燥，秋天认准它们

第一种：梨——润肺界的“老大哥”

要说秋天最该吃的水果，梨排第二，没人敢排第一。民间管它叫“百果之宗”，鲜嫩多汁，咬一口像在喝天然矿泉水。梨性偏凉，直接啃对脾胃虚寒的人不太友好，但炖熟了吃，凉性被中和，润肺的效果反而更好。

我最常做的是银耳百合炖梨：银耳提前泡发撕小朵，加水先炖半小时把胶质熬出来，梨去皮切块和百合一起丢进去，再炖二十分钟，出锅前加几粒冰糖和一小把枸杞。这碗羹胶质裹着梨块，滑润清甜，嗓子干痒的时候喝一碗，整个人都舒展了。如果没有银耳，简单做个冰糖炖梨也完全够用，把梨顶部切开挖掉核，塞几块冰糖，隔水炖一小时，连汤带肉一起吃，对付秋燥引起的干咳特别管用。

第二种：柿子——软糯甜蜜的“润燥担当”

柿子这东西，爱的人爱死，怕的人不敢碰。其实只要吃对了，柿子是秋天不可多得的润燥好物。熟透的柿子性寒味甘，能养肺护胃、清除燥火，维生素和糖分比一般水果高出一到两倍。

但吃柿子有个铁规矩：绝对不能空腹吃，空腹时胃酸多，柿子里的鞣酸容易和胃酸结合形成硬块，所以最好饭后吃。另外一定要挑熟透的软柿子，生涩的碰都别碰。

换着花样吃的话，我推荐试试烤柿子。选稍微硬一点的柿子，洗净擦干，表皮抹一丢丢油，烤箱一百八十度烤十五到二十分钟，表皮微焦、里面软糯，水分蒸发后甜度直接拉满，配一小勺酸奶，酸甜平衡，特别有秋天的感觉。不想开烤箱的话，把软柿子挖出果肉打成泥，拌进酸奶里，再撒点坚果碎，就是一份三分钟搞定的秋日甜品。

第三种：石榴——酸甜爆汁的“红宝石”

石榴是秋天特别容易被忽略的宝藏水果，老一辈常说“一个石榴十副药”，虽然有点夸张，但它生津止渴、润燥养阴的本事是真不含糊。石榴味甘酸、性温，酸能收敛、甘能润燥，秋天口干舌燥的时候抓一把石榴籽慢慢嚼，嘴里立马就滋润了，比光喝水解渴多了。

石榴直接剥着吃当然好，但我更推荐做一杯石榴红茶。剥好石榴籽，和红茶一起放进养生壶，加适量纯净水，小火慢煮二十分钟，煮出石榴的果香和红茶的醇厚，颜色红艳艳的特别好看，喝起来温润暖胃，比奶茶健康太多了。家里有破壁机的话，石榴籽加苹果块一起打成汁，过滤后稍微加热，温乎乎喝下去，对付嗓子干效果一流。

第四种：板栗——健脾补肾的“干果之王”

前面三种都是水果，最后这个得单独说说——板栗。它虽然不算水果，但绝对是秋天温润进补的扛把子。板栗性味甘温，入脾、胃、肾三经，养胃健脾、补肾壮腰，而且富含不饱和脂肪酸和多种维生素。

秋天街头糖炒栗子的香味谁能扛得住？但自己在家做板栗烧鸡翅，比单吃栗子更补。鸡翅焯水，炒个糖色，加葱姜八角桂皮，放入去壳板栗，加水小火焖十五分钟，收汁的时候汤汁挂在鸡翅上亮晶晶的，板栗一抿就化，配米饭能吃两碗。想喝汤的话，排骨焯水和板栗、玉米、胡萝卜、红枣一起丢进砂锅，小火炖一个半小时，出锅撒枸杞加盐，汤鲜味甜，一碗下去从胃暖到脚。

吃秋果也有讲究，别踩这些坑

秋果虽好，但不是让你敞开了猛吃。有几个点得注意：每天水果摄入量控制在两百到三百五十克左右就够了，别拿水果当饭吃。脾胃虚寒的人，梨和柿子尽量炖熟了吃，别从冰箱拿出来直接啃。痰湿体质、容易腹胀的朋友，石榴和板栗要适量，吃多了反而容易胀气。还有最重要的一条——正在感冒咳嗽的时候别急着进补，先清淡饮食把身体理顺了再说。http://info.eniot.com.cn/Article/details/983278752.sHtML
