近日，大连一网友反映，在食用山姆会员商店所售的泸溪河坚果桃酥时吃出疑似金属牙冠的异物。
Three suspected metal dental crowns were found in a pack of Luxihe Taosu cookies purchased from Sam's Club in Dalian, Liaoning province, prompting an official investigation.
该网友表示，已就此联系山姆客服，但双方未就赔偿达成一致，目前已向12315投诉，正在等待处理。
The consumer said the object was discovered while eating the traditional Chinese baked good. After failing to reach a compensation agreement with Sam's Club, the consumer filed a complaint with China's consumer rights hotline, 12315.
据界面新闻报道，山姆客服回应：“在收到会员相关反馈后，我们已对该涉事批次的商品进行下架封存。同时，我们第一时间启动了抽检以及溯源核查，并积极配合监管开展相关调查工作。同时，为维护会员合法权益，我们一直积极与该会员联系沟通，将依法依规妥善处理后续事宜。”
Sam's Club said it has removed the affected batch from sale, launched product testing and a traceability investigation, and is cooperating with regulators.
7月29日下午，山姆app显示，相关产品已经下架。
同日，@泸溪河官方微博 发布声明，公司已第一时间成立专项小组，立即开展当天的全生产线检视，对该批次产品进行排查，确保产品安全。泸溪河已将相关情况主动向政府监管部门报备，邀请政府监管部门到工厂检查。
Luxihe Pastry said it has set up a special task force, inspected its production lines and the batch involved, and reported the incident to market regulators.
此外，据红星新闻报道，大连市西岗区市场监督管理局工作人员称，执法人员正在对涉事山姆门店进行取证调查。
该工作人员表示，目前调查仍在进行中，暂时无法明确问题究竟发生在生产环节还是流通环节，后续将依据调查结果，公平公正进行处置。
Local market regulators said the investigation is still ongoing and it remains unclear whether the issue had occurred during production or distribution.
