4月23日，据上海警方通报：
近日，有旅客反映在上海浦东机场遭遇陌生人纠缠，要求其帮忙分担行李，担心该行李中有违法物品。机场公安迅速开展调查，查处了在机场扰乱公共场所秩序的相关违法人员，三人被依法行政处罚。
Three people have been placed under administrative detention after repeatedly pressuring other passengers to help carry excess luggage at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai police said.
经查，4月14日，在老板王某的安排下，李某和刘某在浦东机场购买大量免税品欲带至境外贩卖，因行李超重，遂在登机口找其他游客帮忙分担行李。
Police said the incident happened on April 14 after a man surnamed Wang arranged for two others, identified by their surnames Li and Liu, to buy a large quantity of duty-free goods at the airport and take them abroad for resale. When their baggage exceeded airline limits, Li and Liu went to the departure gate and tried to persuade other travelers to help split the load.
其中，李某在机场登机口搭讪十余名旅客，在遭旅客拒绝后反复纠缠、堵塞通道，对现场秩序造成影响。目前，王某、李某、刘某三人因扰乱公共场所秩序被处以行政拘留等处罚。
Investigators said Li approached more than 10 passengers at the boarding gate. After being refused, Li repeatedly continued to pester travelers and blocked the passageway, disrupting order at the scene. Wang, Li and Liu were punished for disrupting order in a public place, police said.
上海警方表示，公安机关将严厉打击机场区域各类扰序违法行为，切实维护公共秩序和广大旅客群众的出行权益。
据此前报道，4月18日，话题#冲上微博热搜。吴女士称，自己在浦东机场候机飞往香港时，一名20多岁的女生请她帮忙带一个黑色行李箱，声称“叔叔在同一个航班”。
The incident drew attention after a traveler posted online that a young woman at Pudong airport had asked her to help carry a black suitcase onto a Hong Kong-bound flight.
吴女士提出要和其叔叔一起过登机口，对方却反复找理由要分开走。感觉不对劲后她上网查询，发现很多人遇到过类似情况，疑似“水客”团伙利用旅客分摊货物，于是果断拒绝。更离谱的是，登机排队时又有一名女生提出相同请求。
“跨境航班对违禁品检查非常严格，箱子里但凡有问题，你根本说不清。”吴女士提醒道，某些印刷品、含特定成分的药品、超量现金都可能违禁，且藏匿方式难以察觉。
