Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi visited a hospital in Tokyo on Friday for a medical consultation related to a hand condition.
Sources from the prime minister's office said Takaichi underwent examinations during the visit. She reportedly remained at the hospital for approximately three hours and 45 minutes.

《每日新闻》称，高市早苗手部患有的类风湿性关节炎近期病情恶化，她2月1日曾因此临时缺席原定于当天早上播出的政治辩论节目（此前报道：）。日本政府高官此前透露，高市早苗的手部病情加剧，“右手有两根手指的关节变形”。
Takaichi has been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis in her hands, and that her condition has recently worsened. On Feb 1, she was forced to cancel a scheduled appearance on a morning political debate program due to the ailment.
Senior Japanese government officials previously disclosed that the prime minister's symptoms had intensified, with joint deformities appearing in two fingers on her right hand.
