y狗没精神、流鼻涕？别当感冒！这可能是犬瘟热的信号

清晨刚把温热的狗粮倒进不锈钢碗，就看见平时蹦跳着扑过来的小柴犬缩在沙发底下，耳朵耷拉得像被雨打湿的柳叶，鼻子干得裂开几道细小的纹，眼角挂着黏糊糊的黄眼屎——我蹲下来叫它名字，它只抬了抬眼皮，又把脑袋埋回爪子里。要是你家狗也有这副“蔫得像霜打了的茄子”的模样，可千万别当成普通感冒随便喂点感冒药，很可能是犬瘟热这个“隐形杀手”找上了门。

一、初期：像感冒却比感冒“磨人”，别被“假好转”骗了

犬瘟热刚发作的时候，简直跟感冒是“双胞胎”：狗会突然没精神，以前追着球跑半小时都不累，现在走两步就趴在地上，连尾巴都懒得摇；体温升到39.5℃以上，摸它的耳朵根像摸刚出锅的馒头，烫得吓人；鼻子里流清鼻涕，偶尔打喷嚏，像人感冒时那样“阿嚏”一声，溅得地板上都是小水珠；眼睛里有浆液性的分泌物，慢慢变成黏糊糊的，把眼角的毛都粘成一撮一撮的。这时候它可能还能吃点东西，但吃得很慢，像嚼蜡似的，连最爱吃的鸡胸肉干都闻两下就扭头。

最狡猾的是，大概过个2-3天，体温会突然降下来，像好了一样——狗又开始摇尾巴，凑过来要吃的，你以为“感冒好了”，其实这是犬瘟热的“假好转”。病毒正在偷偷往更深的器官钻，接下来的症状会更严重。

二、中期：从“感冒”变“重病”，鼻子眼睛都“烂”了，连饭都吃不下

大概1周左右，体温会“反弹”，这次烧得更厉害，能到40℃以上，喂退烧药也不管用。鼻子里的清鼻涕变成了黄脓样，堵在鼻孔里，狗只能张着嘴呼吸，呼出来的气有股淡淡的臭味；眼睛肿得像桃子，眼角的分泌物结了厚厚的痂，有时候会流眼泪，把眼睛周围的毛都泡得发红；咳嗽得厉害，像被什么东西卡住了喉咙，“咔咔”的声音听得人心里发慌，连喝水都呛。

这时候消化系统也会“罢工”：狗会呕吐，吐出来的是黄色的黏液，有时候带点血丝，粘在地板上干了之后像胶水；拉稀，粪便里有黏液甚至血液，闻起来特别臭，像腐烂的东西；它会变得越来越瘦，肋骨都能摸得到，肚子瘪得像没装东西的口袋，连水都喝不下，只能趴在地上舔自己的爪子。

三、晚期：神经被“啃”了，抽抽搐搐像触电，连站都站不稳

要是没及时治疗，大概2-3周就会进入晚期，这时候病毒已经侵入了神经，症状会变得“吓人”：狗会突然开始抽搐，有时候是后腿一抽一抽的，像踩在棉花上，走路摇摇晃晃；有时候是全身抽，像触电一样，四肢乱蹬，嘴里流白沫，眼睛翻白，叫它也没反应；有的狗会原地转圈，撞墙，或者后腿瘫痪，只能拖着身子走；还有的狗会出现癫痫症状，突然倒在地上，四肢乱蹬，过一会儿才会好，但好了之后会特别累，趴在地上不动，连尾巴都不摇。

这时候治愈的希望已经很小了，就算治好，也可能留下后遗症——比如经常抽搐，或者后腿无力，再也不能像以前那样蹦跳着追球了。

四、从清鼻涕到抽抽搐，犬瘟热的发展过程，养狗的你得知道

犬瘟热不是“突然爆发”的，它像一颗“定时炸弹”，从初期的“感冒样”到中期的“重病样”，再到晚期的“神经样”，一步步摧毁狗的身体。要是你家狗出现这些症状，一定要赶紧送宠物医院——越早治，希望越大。

其实，预防犬瘟热最有效的方法就是打疫苗。小狗45天的时候打第一针疫苗，之后每隔21天打一针，连打三针，然后每年加强一针，就能有效预防犬瘟热。平时也要注意，别让狗接触流浪狗，别去狗多的地方，比如狗公园、宠物医院，避免感染病毒。

我朋友家的小泰迪就是因为初期发现得早，及时送医院，打了血清和干扰素，治了三周，现在又能蹦着追球了。她说：“那时候我每天守着它，喂它吃营养膏，帮它擦眼睛，晚上睡在它旁边，生怕它出事。幸好没放弃，现在它又像以前那样活泼了。”
