食材准备:
韭菜:一斤。
虾仁:半斤。
猪肉馅:一斤。
中筋面粉:500克。
温水:250毫升。
制作步骤
1.我们先处理虾仁,把虾仁一分为二,大一点的切成三段,别切太碎,吃的时候能咬到整颗虾仁才过瘾!切点姜末、葱花备用。
2.调馅!把猪肉馅放进大碗,加1勺生抽、半勺老抽、1勺蚝油、小半勺盐、半勺白糖、1 勺香油,顺时针搅打上劲。然后把虾仁、韭菜切碎放进去,再倒点食用油,锁住水分,搅拌均匀,这个馅香得我流口水!
3.面粉加250毫升温水,边倒水边搅拌,搅成絮状后,上手揉成面团,盖上湿布,醒面20分钟,面团更光滑。
4.醒好的面团搓成长条,切成小剂子,擀成中间厚边缘薄的饺子皮。包的时候多放点馅,捏褶子随意点,丑点也不耽误好吃!
5.水开下饺子,点三次凉水,饺子都飘起来就可以出锅啦!咬一口,韭菜的清香、虾仁的鲜甜、肉馅的醇香在嘴里疯狂碰撞,绝了!
