烹饪步骤:

1.牛腩肉洗净,切成大拇指大小的块状,冲洗以后,冷水下锅。锅中加入2片姜片、1勺料酒,大火煮沸。浮沫完全煮出来,再仔细撇干净。

2.牛肉煮3分钟,捞出来,用温水冲洗干净,再沥干水分,用厨房用纸擦干净。

6.沿着锅边烹入2汤匙料酒,3汤匙生抽提鲜,1汤匙老抽上色,翻炒均匀,让牛肉的颜色更加红润漂亮。

7.锅中加入足量的开水,完全没过牛肉。大火烧开锅中的汤汁后,转成最小火,盖上锅盖,慢炖至少1个小时。

8.开盖,土豆块加入,再加入适量的食盐调味。盖上盖子,继续小火炖煮30分钟。

9.汤汁变得浓稠,开盖大火收汁。出锅前,可以撒上一点葱花或者香菜碎点缀一下,美味大功告成!
