近日，在河南省某景区，五人先后落入湖中深水区，生命危在旦夕之时，一位名为张伟的军官连续下水救起五人，展现了惊人的顽强意志力与军人的英雄本色。
A Chinese Army officer demonstrated extraordinary courage and resilience last week, pulling five drowning people from a deep lake in a single, superhuman effort, even as his own mother pleaded with him to stop.
6月6日下午，一男子和女子先后落入商丘市古城景区的湖中，在水里拼命挣扎。三名来此游玩的小伙听到呼救声，立即跳入湖中救人。然而，由于缺乏救援经验，又身处深水区，相互拉扯中竟都无法脱身，一时间，湖中五个生命危在旦夕。岸上的人不敢再贸然下水，只能大声呼救。
The dramatic rescue unfolded on the afternoon of Jun 6 at the ancient city scenic area in Shangqiu, Henan province. Witnesses reported a man and a woman falling into the lake's deep section. Hearing their desperate cries, three young men jumped in to help.
However, lacking rescue experience and overwhelmed in the deep water, the would-be rescuers themselves became trapped, creating a chaotic struggle with five lives hanging in the balance.
此时，正在休假中的第81集团军某旅军官张伟正陪母亲在湖边散步。听到呼救声，张伟毫不犹豫跳入水中，奋力游过去，一把抓住了落水的女子。
然而，对方在慌乱中不停扑腾，他被摁进水里好几次，呛了不少水，消耗了很大精力和体力。
“幸亏部队平时训练，学过救援。”张伟挣脱后，迅速将对方推出水面，同时大声安抚，让她冷静下来，随后拖至岸边。
Off-duty officer Zhang Wei, from the 81st Group Army of the People's Liberation Army, was walking nearby with his mother. Without hesitation, Zhang plunged into the water. His first rescue, a panicking woman, proved arduous; she repeatedly pushed him under, causing him to swallow water and deplete precious energy. Relying on military training, he calmed her and brought her to safety.
“我一刻也不敢耽误，脑子里只有一个念头：救人、救人、救人……”就这样，张伟连续四次往返救援。当他将第四个人推到岸边时，已经筋疲力尽。
Driven by the imperative to save lives, Zhang made four exhausting trips back and forth, pulling victims to shore. After the fourth rescue, he was visibly spent.
张伟的母亲哭着回忆：“我喊他上来，他说水里还有一个人。可当时俺儿的身体已经不行了，站都站不住，脸色惨白、呼吸急促。他再下去，肯定得出事！”
她害怕失去儿子，只能无助地哭喊：“你不能再去救了，再救咱就没命了！”
His mother, witnessing his extreme fatigue, tearfully begged him to stop. "You can't go again! You'll die!" she cried out, terrified of losing her son.
“我妈需要我，水里那个人也需要我，我必须得冲一把。”张伟急了，跪在母亲面前说：“妈，我是军人，求你让我再救一个！”
说完这句话，他再次跳入水中，没敢再回头。“在水里，我能听到妈妈撕心裂肺的哭喊，心里只有愧疚……”
Facing his mother's anguish but knowing a fifth person remained, Zhang made a heart-wrenching plea. He knelt before her and declared, "Mom, I am a soldier. Please, let me save one more!" Ignoring her continued cries, he dove back in.
游向第五个人时，张伟的体力已经到达极限：“真是凭借着多年训练出来的意志力，才把人拖到了岸边。当时我已经呼吸不上来了。”
一位目击者回忆，最后一位被救人员濒临溺水，无意识地连续拖拽张伟，两人的情况都十分危险。张伟还没来得及上岸就晕倒了。120将他紧急送往医院抢救。
Reaching the fifth victim pushed Zhang beyond his physical limits. The nearly unconscious person dragged him down repeatedly in their struggle. "It was sheer willpower forged through years of training that got us to the bank," Zhang later recounted. He lost consciousness just as they reached safety and was rushed to the hospital by emergency services.
幸运的是，经全力救治，张伟已脱离危险，并逐渐康复。
得知他苏醒，被救的五个人带着鲜花和锦旗赶来道谢：“是他给了我们第二次生命！”
After intensive treatment, Zhang has recovered. The five individuals he saved visited him bearing flowers and banners, tearfully declaring, "He gave us a second life!"
张伟出院后，老家夏邑县宋楼村的村民们自发组织起来，早早等在村口，迎接英雄回家。据了解，张伟自2006年入伍后，曾多次获得表彰、嘉奖。
Upon his discharge, villagers from his hometown in Xiayi county lined the streets to welcome their hero home.
“救人是军人的本能。我在部队19年，是人民养育了我19年。豁出命去救人，我认为是值得的。”
Zhang, who enlisted in 2006 and has received multiple commendations, downplayed his actions. "Saving people is a soldier's instinct," he said. "The people have nurtured me for 19 years in the army. Giving my all to save lives was worth it."
沧海横流，方显英雄本色。凭一己之力抢回五条生命，张伟，你是真正的勇士！
