民警迅速出动
4月14日下午， 接到小学生的电话举报后， 白果派出所副所长朱元波 和辅警王勇 迅速赶往现场。 因罂粟种植地 隐蔽在田埂边的陡坡下， 朱元波在下坡时不慎踩空， 整个人滑落到4米深的坎底。 确认身体无大碍后， 他继续沿安全路径下坡， 最终在距坡边不远处的田坎上 发现若干罂粟， 且部分罂粟已经开花。 他随即联系 种植该罂粟的村民到场， 全部铲除。 后经清点， 现场共发现罂粟45株。
The student's tip led police to a hidden opium poppy patch nestled on a steep slope near farmland in Baiguo township on Apr 14. Deputy police chief Zhu Yuanbo and auxiliary officer Wang Yong rushed to the scene, where Zhu slipped and tumbled 4 meters down a rocky embankment. Despite minor injuries, he pressed on, discovering 45 poppy plants—some already flowering—near the base. The plants were promptly destroyed after summoning the villager responsible for the cultivation.

奖状上没有名字，掌声却格外响亮

Three days later, Sangshu primary school hosted a low-key yet heart-warming ceremony. Police instructor Li Dazhuang presented a gilded certificate to the school principal amid applause, while curious students craned their necks to spot the awardee.

“这位同学发现了 危害社会的‘坏东西’， 像小超人一样勇敢！ ” 李大壮向孩子们解释。 同时强调， “保护举报人隐私是首要原则”。 匿名表扬这一安排 是当地警方的深思熟虑， “农村是熟人社会， 直接表彰可能给孩子家庭带来压力”。 白果派出所所长罗育彬介绍， 此次表彰刻意隐去个人信息， 既鼓励正义行为， 也避免村民间关系受影响。
据悉，被举报的村民 已诚恳接受公安机关对其的处罚， 并表示将不再种植毒品原植物。
Luo Yubin, chief of Baiguo Police Station, explained the deliberate anonymity: "In villages where everyone knows each other, public recognition could strain relationships or invite retaliation." The villager involved has since accepted legal penalties and pledged never to grow narcotic plants again.
