根据2024年11月修订的《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》，今年增加农历除夕假日后，春节放假4天（农历除夕、正月初一至初三）。

今年春节假期一共8天假期。其中：
除夕至初三（1月28日至1月31日）为全体公民放假的节日，用人单位安排劳动者加班，属于法定节假日加班，应根据《工资支付暂行规定》要求，按照不低于劳动合同规定的劳动者本人日或小时工资标准的300%支付劳动者加班工资，并不得以调休等方式代替。
大年初四至初七（2月1日至2月4日），用人单位安排劳动者加班，属于休息日加班，用人单位不能安排补休的，应根据《工资支付暂行规定》要求，按照不低于劳动合同规定的劳动者本人日或小时工资标准的200%支付劳动者加班工资。

那么，加班工资如何计算？
三倍日工资=月工资收入÷月计薪天数×300%
双倍日工资=月工资收入÷月计薪天数×200%
月计薪天数=（365天-104天）÷12个月=21.75天
以月薪5000元为例——
三倍日工资=5000÷21.75×300%≈689.66元
双倍日工资=5000÷21.75×200%≈459.77元
所以，春节8天的加班工资为：
689.66×4+459.77×4=4597.72元
