业务模式二：海外矿山工程承包以及投资
1、投标获得采矿工程；我们需要获得境外矿山项目的招标书（要确认是否要以 当地主体参与投标）；我们来做投标文件。
2、投资参股或联合收购；若是大型金矿、铜矿等（非黑色金属），我司可以小额 参股（不高于 15%），同时带潜在投资者入股（一般与我司长期合作的行业龙 头企业），我司会做采矿，这个需要 JORC。
