《联合国气候变化框架公约》第29次缔约方大会（COP29）将于今年11月11—22日在阿塞拜疆首都巴库举行。生态环境部环境发展中心在生态环境部应对气候变化司与科技部基础司共同指导下，会同中国21世纪议程管理中心等单位，于11月18日下午13:30-15:00在蓝区“中国角”举办“绿色低碳技术创新、实践与合作”主题边会。诚邀您的见证和参与！
The 2024 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC COP29) will be held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, from 11 to 22 November. Under the guidance of the Department of Climate Change of Ministry of Ecology and Environment of PRC; the Department of Fundamental Research of the Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC, the Environmental Development Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, will hold a side event on the theme of "Low Carbon Technology lnnovation, Practice and Cooperation" from 13:30-15:00 on November 18 in the China Pavilion of the Blue Zone. 边会将邀请来自政府部门、企业和研究机构、国际组织的专家和代表等，对外宣介中国绿色低碳技术创新、实践与合作新的新进展，特别是低碳技术的推广应用和CCUS的创新实践，加强低碳技术创新成果的国际宣传力度，讲好科技助力应对气候变化“中国故事”。
Representatives and experts from government departments, enterprises, research institutions, and international organizations will gatheraround to showcase the new progress of China's green and low-carbon technology innovation, practice and cooperation especially the promotion and application of low-carbon technology and the innovation practice of CCUS, strengthening the international publicity of low-carbon technology innovation achievementsand telling the "China story" of science and technology to help cope with climate change.
