18日6时38分，勃利县110指挥中心接到报告：“6时许，勃利县吉兴朝鲜族满族乡长太村发现老虎行踪。”
据报道，长太村一名赵姓村民左手部被老虎咬伤，随后被送往医疗机构治疗，伤者情绪稳定，生命体征平稳。目前手术已结束，手术情况较乐观，伤者只是骨折，或恢复大部分手的功能，没有截肢风险。当地县公安局、林业和草原局、应急管理局等部门及属地乡镇工作人员已到达现场，对老虎行踪进行追踪。

A villager in Boli county in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, was bitten on the left hand by a tiger and is currently being treated at a medical facility. The injured has stable vital signs. Relevant departments have arrived at the scene and are tracking the tiger's movements, according to a statement published by the local forestry and grassland bureau on Monday. The local public security department received a report at 6:38 am on Monday, stating that around 6 am, a tiger's movements were discovered in Changtai village, Boli county.

监控视频显示，一个农家院子里传出动物低沉的吼叫声，有狗在吠叫，随后一个大型动物的黑影从门外闪过。村民张大爷从屋内走出，被告知“来了一只大老虎”。约2分钟后，张大爷来到院子的金属栅栏门处观察，那只大型动物从远处冲过来，将栅栏门撞得咣咣响，张大爷吓得慌忙跑进里屋，并未受伤。
张大爷描述，他一早起来听到“呼呼呼”的虎啸声，出门想看看情况，结果老虎冲着他跑过来，把铁栅栏门都撞弯了。被送往医院的伤者是其邻居。

另有村民称，伤者早上去喂牛，刚出牛圈就被老虎扑倒，牛也被咬了。
当地通知村民不要出门
当地提醒：临近乡镇居民如发现大型野生动物踪迹，要及时避险，在确保自身安全情况下，立即报告。
The statement also reminds the public to take precautions for safety. Residents of nearby townships should promptly take precautions if they discover traces of large wild animals and report them immediately while ensuring their own safety, the statement said.
勃利县林业和草原局发布通报
18日下午2点，勃利县吉兴乡政府相关人员表示，“我们这边以前没出现过老虎。目前警察还有林草等部门都在长太村，也通知村民不要出门，首先要保证村民安全，从我目前了解到的情况是这只老虎还没有抓到，具体情况要等相关部门发布。”
"We've never seen tigers in our village before. This is the first time," said one villager. As of midday of Monday, the tiger has not yet been captured, and authorities are continuing their efforts to ensure public safety.
勃利县应急管理局工作人员称，现场工作人员已携带红外热成像仪、无人机等设备，对老虎踪迹进行排查。
A staff member from the county's emergency management bureau said that they had conducted a joint investigation to track the tiger with infrared thermal imaging devices and drones.
