具有行政工作经验，并在领事馆/大使馆处理过签证或移民案件
优秀的中文和英文书写和口语能力
准确、合作、服务意识强
良好的计算机操作能力
能够在有时压力大的情况下处理不断变化的工作量
最好有大学学历
了解瑞典语言和文化被视为一项资产，但不是该职位的先决条件

The Consulate General is now recruiting two assistants to the migration section - full time, permanent employments. Send your application no later than Friday the 29th of November 2024.
The Consulate General of Sweden in Shanghai represents Sweden in Shanghai and the provinces Anhui, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The mission of the Consulate General in Shanghai is to promote Swedish interests in the consular district and to promote exchange between Sweden and East China. The Consulate General should also provide good service in consular and migration related matters. The Consulate General currently has 17 employees and is now recruiting assistants to the Migration Section.

Main tasks
receive and register applications for visas and residence/work permits
answer inquiries by telephone/e-mail
filing and other administrative work
handle any other duty that might be assigned by the head of the section

Professional and personal qualifications
experience in administrative work and prior experience from working with visas or migration cases at a Consulate/Embassy
excellent written and spoken Chinese and English
accurate, cooperative, and service minded
good computer literacy
ability in handling fluctuating workloads in sometimes stressful situations
university degree is preferred
knowledge of the Swedish language and culture is considered as an asset but is not a pre-requisite for the position

What we offer
The positions are local, full time, permanent employments with the Consulate starting from the 1st of January 2024. Individual salaries apply and the terms and conditions of the employments will be discussed individually with successful candidates.
