广东早茶是一种广东民间饮食风俗。早茶多见于中国南方地区,如广东、江苏、浙江等地,尤其是在广东。

广东人饮早茶,有的是当作早餐的,一般都是全家老小围坐一桌,共享天伦之乐。广东人品茶大都一日早、中、晚三次,但早茶最为讲究,饮早茶的风气也最盛,由于饮早茶是喝茶佐点,因此当地称饮早茶为吃早茶。

Many Guangdong locals consider morning tea as breakfast, where families gather around a table to enjoy the pleasures of familial bonding. Guangdong residents often have tea three times a day—morning, noon, and night—but morning tea is the most elaborate and popular. Since having morning tea involves pairing tea with various snacks, locals refer to it as "eating morning tea".

广州早茶的特点在于选料讲究,烧制考究,口味清淡,肉类与海鲜的搭配尤为出色。其中,几个招牌小菜是绝对不能错过的:蒸鳕鱼、叉烧包、牛百叶、鸡蛋仔、腐皮卷、虾饺、排骨糯米饭等等。

Guangzhou morning tea is characterized by meticulous ingredient selection, elaborate cooking techniques, mild flavors, and outstanding combinations of meat and seafood.
