Job description:
Location: Taikoo Hui, Shanghai
Duration: 4-6 months internship from the beginning of Aug 2024 (extendable to 12 months), 5 days a week working physically in Investindustrial’s Shanghai office is a MUST
Salary: CNY15,000/month + additional benefits (CNY120/day for lunch and CNY200/day for dinner)
Main responsibilities:
Conduct industry research and company analysis, with a focus on Chinese market
Participate in expert calls and data analysis
Participate in early leads screening and support deal execution
Participate in portfolio management activities
Key requirements:
Passion in investment and industry / company analysis
Currently in the 4th year as an undergraduate student, or 1st or 2nd year as a graduate student, or fresh graduates
Prior work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting
Background in accounting, finance, or economics major and outstanding academic result
Self-motivated and able to work in a highly dynamic and small team environment
Proficient in written and verbal Mandarin and English

实习机会简介:
地点：上海兴业太古汇
时间：从2024年8月初开始，需要至少4-6个月的实习期（可延长至12个月），实习期间需要在上海办公室进行全职工作
工资：每月15,000元基本工资 + 额外福利（每天120元午餐补贴 + 每天200元晚餐补贴）
工作职责:
行业研究及公司分析，着重关注中国市场
参与专家访谈及数据分析
参与项目前期评估及协助进行项目投资执行
参与基金旗下公司的投后管理
要求:
对投资事业和公司研究有激情
目前本科大四、研一、研二学生，或已经毕业的求职者
需要具有过往在投资银行、私募基金或管理咨询的实习经验
会计、金融及经济学专业，学习成绩优异
可以适应在小团队中工作，自我学习能力强
普通话及英语流利（书面及口语）
