PET口语
PET的口语考试一共有四个板块，考试时长为12-17分钟，PET口语占考试总分25%，主要考查考生的口语交际能力。
评分标准：语法和词汇；语言组织；语音；互动沟通。
PART
01
考生基本情况问答
考察时长：2分钟
考察形式
考官与考生分别就个人信息、兴趣爱好，日常生活等问题进行交谈。
常考话题：
● Tell us about your best friend. (Who is your best friend?)
● How often do you use the internet? (Do you often use the internet?)
● What do you usually do in the evening? (What’s your favourite thing to do in the evening?)
●Which TV programmes do you enjoy watching? (Why?) (Do you have any favourite TV programmes?)
● Do you like playing or watching any sports? (Why? / Why not?)
● What’s your favourite kind of music? (Why?)
答题技巧
✔ 这部分因为考官主要询问考生的个人信息情况，考生可以提前梳理。
✔ 考生要仔细听清每一个问题，并作出相应的回答。
✔ 避免只用一个词或一句话来回答，应尽可能提供例证或说明理由。
✔ 如题目听不清楚，应让考官重复，比如pardon？

图片描述
考察时长：1分钟（最少说45秒）
考察形式
考官给考生每人一张彩色图片，考生就图片内容进行描述。
常考话题：
● Describe the pictures and talk about:
- someone doing her homework.
- some people getting their lunch.
- someone learning how to do something.
- someone at home after school.
- people having breakfast.
- people on bicycles.
- people in the street.
- people visiting a museum.
- people relaxing at home.

答题技巧
仔细听考官介绍图片的主题，将图片中出现的人物和进行的活动尽可能全面地描述：在哪？发生了什么？天气怎么样？人物的着装、表情、感受等。
【常用的词汇】
方位：behind, near, next to, between, above, below, in the corner, through, outside
天气：windy, snowy, freezing, cold, sunny raining, pouring wit rain, foggy, cloudy, warm, hot
人物：handsome, cute, pretty, boring, adorable, clever, humble, calm

考生讨论
考察时长：2分钟（每位考生1分钟）
考察形式
考生就给出的图片情景进行交流讨论建议、方案，协商达成一致。
答题技巧
考官给考生图片的时候，会讲一遍图片背景，但还是需要考生自己有很强的理解能力。
需要注意的是，考生如果讲完第一张图片，没有和搭档做出综合讨论，意见不统一或者就不管，直接进入下一张图片讲解，那么是无法得分的。
所以，考生一定要对每张图片和搭档做出讨论或意见交换，并作出综合结论。

延伸问答
考察时间：3分钟（根据之前答题速度灵活调整）
考察形式
1. 此题为两个考生间的互动对话（与第三部分的“各自”描述不同）；
2. 两名考生按照考官的具体要求进行交谈，谈话围绕第三部分的话题展开；
3. 考试时间为3分钟。有时候，考官也会根据前面题目进行的速度调整，比如前面耗时略多的时候，考官在最后一题就会适当减少一点点时间。所以谈论到中途被打断，也没关系，但千万不能考官没说停，考生就没话可说了。
答题技巧
✔ 需要仔细听清考官的问题，给出相应的答案。
✔ 可以根据话题，谈论自己的个人经历、好恶和观点并作出解释。
✔ 这部分的问题没有标准答案，主要还是考察考生的语言表达能力。

1. 大家在备考PET口语的时候，一定要多看些小短文，这样才能出口成章；
2. 读懂考官的肢体语言，比如时间的提醒动作；
3. 最后，在应试的时候，需要大家掌握一些沟通的小技巧，这样在两人对话环节，就能够避免两人互唱独角戏的尴尬。
小Tip：遇到奇葩搭档怎么办？
虽然确实会有家长事先找好搭档，或者现场先和搭档进行练习。但是其实更多的学生都是现场随机分配的搭档。
于是很多家长就会担心：搭档不会说、搭档口音很重、搭档抢答问题、搭档能力太强…..
确实无论搭档能力强弱，看似会对自己孩子有一定的影响？那我们应该怎么办呢？
遇到话多、抢话的搭档可以礼貌打断：
● Excuse me, could I say something about ...?
● Sorry, can I say something?
● I'm sorry to interrupt but ...
● I hate to interrupt but ...
● I’m sorry to cut this short but ...
也可以创造表达机会，说不同观点：
● I’m not sure about that. I think...
● I don’t think so. I prefer...
● I don’t agree with you. In my opinion, ...
遇到话少的搭档可以礼貌诱导对话：
● Do you agree?
● What do you think?
● What about ...?
● How about ...?
● What is your opinion/idea?
● Shall we ...
● Let’s ...
● What do you think of doing something?

1. 观点+原因（+进一步阐述）
例：What kind of food do you like?（喜好类）
观点：I like eating hamburgers.
原因：Because/Cause I can eat vegetables and meats at the same time.
进一步阐述：I mean, it is a balanced diet.
2. 观点+举例
例：Do you think taking a taxi is expensive?（个人想法类）
观点：Yes.
举例（个人经历）：For example,/Like last time I take a taxi with my mom, it cost us a lot of money only for a few miles.
例：What is the traffic like where you live?（具体类）
观点：It's convenient.
举例（具体化）：Especially taking the subway.
3. 两方观点+两方原因 （适用于选择类）
例：Do you enjoy doing free-time activities indoors or outdoors? Why?
观点：I enjoy both.
原因1：For outdoor activities, I can breathe fresh air，
原因2：and for indoor activities, I can do it whenever I want.
观点：Neither.
原因1：I don’t have time for outdoor activities
原因2：and indoor activities will make a lot of noise. I would rather read books.
观点：It depends.
原因+观点1：If the weather is good, I will doing activities outdoors.
原因+观点2：If the weather is bad, then I will doing activities indoors.
