Zhang LI, Principal of Shenzhen Dalton Xinhua School, has 27 years of experience in education. She is the member of China Education Society Young Teachers Research Association, the member of Liaoning Province Family Education Research Association, and provincial outstanding teacher. She is also a member of the Sina Education 2022 Influential Principal of the Year, a part-time researcher of the Bay Area Education Research Institute, a member of the Guangming Daily Basic Education Think Tank Alliance, and a member of the China Education Micro-Innovation Council. She has been engaged in school management in the largest internationalised basic education group in China for more than ten years, and was responsible for the construction and operation of two new campuses. She has outstanding achievements in school running, and has been awarded many honours at the national, provincial and municipal levels.

张梅Maia Zhang
Maia Zhang is an AP physics teacher at the International Department of Shenzhen Middle School, where she also coaches the USIYPT team (US Invitational Young Physicists Tournament). She holds an MS degree in physics and is the recipient of the "Shenzhen Excellent Teacher" award. She has taught AP physics for over 8 years and developed a series of AP physics experimental lab courses. Prior to teaching AP, she served as the head of the physics department at Shenzhen Middle School and also wrote questions for the physics section of the College Entrance Examination in Guangdong Province.
