办理环评报告书、报告表的项目需要办理竣工环保验收。如环评批复对环评提出的环境保护设施、治理措施等有要求的，仍应当办理竣工环保验收。
Answer: The projects that are required to complete either environmental impact assessment report or report form need to go through the completion acceptance of the environmental protection facility. If the comments on the environmental impact assessment document specified requirements for the environmental protection facilities and treatment measures, the environmental protection facility is required.
