近日，宁波市首批27个“一号开放工程”最佳实践案例正式公布，宁波诺丁汉大学李达三孵化园成功入选。据悉，李达三孵化园是此次入选的唯一一家大学科技孵化器，同时也是浙江省唯一一所以“国际引才”为特色的孵化园。
2023年，浙江省委提出实施“一号开放工程”这一重大项目，坚持高水平走出去闯天下与高质量引进来强浙江有机统一，通过全面推进各行各业优秀项目的实施，加快打造高能级开放之省。本次成功入选“一号开放工程”首批最佳实践案例，不仅是对李达三孵化园创新孵化取得显著成果的肯定，也是对宁波诺丁汉大学高质量教学育人成果和创业创新氛围的认可。
作为一个面向国际的创新创业社区和技术与创意交流的专业平台，李达三孵化园一直以“创业实践与孵化服务”为园区的主要任务，旨在为宁诺师生及校友提供项目制、跨学科、体验式的创新教育和从孵化到加速的全周期创业服务，助力他们实现创新创业梦想。
目前，有包含11家在校大学生创业企业在内的38家企业入驻孵化园办公，其中高新技术领域的企业超60%，14家入选浙江省科技型中小企业名单及宁波市创新型初创企业，31家企业创始人或股东为国际化人才（华侨华裔、港澳台或海外留学归国人员）。园区累计获得知识产权106件，产值突破1亿元。
LDS Incubator wins “Best Practice” award!
Li Dak Sum Incubator of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) was successfully selected as one of the 27 best practice cases of Ningbo Number 1 Project by the Ningbo Municipal People's Government recently. It is the only incubator with the feature of "international talent introduction" in Zhejiang Province.
Li Dak Sum Incubator is an essential part of the university level full-life cycle innovation and entrepreneurship development path for UNNC students delivered through a project-based interdisciplinary learning experience. Working alongside other departments in the university, it contributes to the UNNC university strategic goals through "developing innovative and entrepreneurial talents, cultivating high quality start-ups, and building an entrepreneurial platform".
At present, the Incubator has a total of 38 start-ups, with over 60% engaged in the high-tech field. Among them, 14 enterprises were selected as technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province; 31 founders or shareholders are international talents (overseas Chinese, returned from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or overseas study). So far the enterprises in the Incubator have accumulated an output value of RMB 100 million, and produced 106 granted intellectual property rights.
