中秋、国庆双节将至，铁路迎来售票高峰。今年假期运输从9月27日到10月8日，共12天，全国铁路预计发送旅客1.9亿人次。
旅客出行需求旺盛，购票软件12306的访问量竟超过惊人的每秒60万次……

面对如此紧俏的火车票，一些第三方平台宣称提供“低速”“高速”“光速”等不同价格的抢票加速包，声称让旅客花点小钱就能优先抢到车票。

国铁集团：第三方平台加速包无法实现优先购票
针对一些第三方平台宣称用户购买加速包可以优先购票，国铁集团客运部负责人20日表示，任何用户没有优先购票权，在第三方平台购买的任何价格的加速包，都无法实现优先购票。
The railway authority has sounded a cautionary note, warning travelers that 12306 has not outsourced its ticket booking services to any third party. By giving information to a third party while booking a ticket, customers not only face the risk of unexplained charges or other pitfalls, but also leaks of their personal information. All travelers are advised to book tickets only through the 12306 portal or app. The railway authority also denied that accelerator packages touted by third party platforms are entitled to any priority in purchasing tickets, Xinhua news agency reported today.
该负责人表示，一直以来，铁路部门坚持公平公正原则，采取技术手段等方式全力维护广大旅客合法权益和正常售票秩序，通过对12306系统实时监测和大数据分析，一旦发现购票行为异常的用户，将对其采取限流措施。
当有人退票等原因产生新的票额时，铁路12306系统优先满足候补购票订单，按照旅客提交订单的先后顺序进行兑现，不收取任何附加费用。
铁路部门提示，旅客要想提高购票成功率，可提前查询车票始发站起售时间，第一时间购票，如果没有买到，及时提交候补购票订单；务必在铁路官方售票渠道购票，不要相信第三方平台的宣传，以免带来经济损失和个人信息安全风险。

如何提高抢票成功率？
▌候补有方
铁路部门建议： 每个用户有两个候补订单，每个订单可选择两个相邻日期，比如同时选择9月28日、29日 ，或9月30日、10月1日候补；
每个乘车日期可选择5个不同“车次+席别”的组，每个候补订单最多可添加9位乘车人；
选择候补购票的旅客可选择是否接受无座车票，如果当前候补车次中有无座席位可以选择，系统会自动候补。
国铁集团铁路12306科创中心副主任单杏花表示，在乘客人数较多的情况下，高铁动车也有可能出现8节车厢改为12节车厢的情况，候补购票可以更快买到票，接受无座的抢票成功率更高。
▌可选择中转换乘购票
所谓中转换乘，就是指无法买到直达车票的旅客，可通过分段乘车的方式满足出行需求。比如，北京到青岛北9月29日的直达车均为候补状态，而北京到潍坊，潍坊到青岛北还有短途列车，旅客若时间允许，可以选择中转换乘。
铁路12306将根据旅客出行需求和余票情况，智能推荐有余票的中转换乘方案供旅客选择；此外，铁路部门目前已在100个主要车站设有站内中转换乘便捷通道，旅客无需出站即可进入候车室候车，有效缩短换乘时间。
为满足旅客出行需求，中秋国庆假日期间，各铁路局将通过加开临客、动车组重联、普速列车加挂、开行夜间动车组列车等方式，全力扩大运力供给。
