如今,收纳盒塞满储藏室的家庭越来越普遍。

英国家庭用品连锁店B&M的一位发言人表示,家庭收纳的销售额“在过去几年里有大幅增长”,而且“没有停止的迹象”。透明的存储容器特别受欢迎,还有可嵌套的盒子,使客户能够最大限度地利用空间。

Storage-stuffed homes are increasingly commonplace. A spokesperson for bargain homeware chain B&M says home organisation sales have seen “substantial growth for the last few years” and “show no signs of stopping”. Clear storage containers are particularly popular, as well as nestable boxes that allow customers to maximise space.

Many people who find themselves too organized are the same people who can’t sit down for one second because they’re constantly on overdrive. Focus on why you do the things you do. Do you really want to spend so much time on that stuff that isn’t really necessary? Are you wasting time on something that is just stressing you out? Cut out the stuff that isn’t doing you any favors. Take care of your mental and physical health.

深吸一口气 学会放手

当知道自己不会立即完美地执行时,你可以深吸一口气,然后放手。因为就算不那么整齐也没什么大不了。无论如何,世界依然转动。

When you know you'are not going to immediately execute them perfectly, you can take a deep breath and let it go. Because you need to know that no time spent organizing is essentially nothing lost. Somehow, the world keeps turning.
