2020年10月13日，中共中央、国务院印发《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》，指出：教育评价事关教育发展方向，有什么样的评价，就有什么样的办学导向。2021年3月1日，教育部等六部门引发《义务教育质量评价指南》，强调学生过程性评价和阶段性评价。学校着眼“立德树人”与孩子新时代发展要求，构建起“堰宝”五育综合评价体系。

为体现以人为本，发挥评价的激励作用，“堰宝”五育综合评价充分体现“五育并举”，将老师评价，学生互评，家长评价，社会评价融为一体，以精神激励：荣誉、或勋章、灌州币、成长树等生成，根据学生不同特点，建设自助小超市，以灌州币兑换物资，每学期自动生成成长报告。
