The 14th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands (COP14) concluded on November 13. During the meeting’s opening ceremony, Chinese President Xi Jinping called for strengthening cooperation on wetland conservation and scaling up global preservation efforts.
