关于划定风险区域的通告

Notification of
Designating Controlled Areas
in Huadu District (No. 89)
根据当前我区疫情防控工作需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经专家组研判，自2022年10月22日起，对涉疫风险区域作以下调整：
According to the COVID-19 Response Plan (Version No. 9) issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and in light of the epidemic situation in Huadu District, we have adjusted the controlled areas in the district as follows on October 22, 2022.
一、新增高风险区
I. High-risk Area
（一）花城街三东村田心庄大街一巷、二巷、三巷、四巷区域。三东村禄有庄三巷、四巷、五巷区域。
1. Huacheng Subdistrict 1st Lane, 2nd Lane, 3rd Lane and 4th Lane, Tianxinzhuang Avenue, Sandong Village. 3rd Lane, 4th Lane and 5th Lane, Luyou Zhuang, Sandong Village.
（二）秀全街岭东路30号区域。
2. Xiuquan Subdistrict No. 30 Lingdong Road
（三）花山镇两龙大街24号区域。
3. Huashan Town No. 24 Lianglong Avenue.
以上区域落实“足不出户、上门服务”措施。
All residents in these areas are under mandatory home quarantine. Necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps.
二、新增中风险区
II. Medium-risk Area
（一）花城街兴隆新村四巷1-6号区域，三巷2、4、6号区域。
1. Huacheng Subdistrict No. 1–6 4th Lane, No. 2, 4 and 6, 3rd Lane, Xinglong New Village.
（二）秀全街岭东路以东至150米处围墙、岐南路以北至290米围墙区域（高风险区除外）。
2. Xiuquan Subdistrict The area east of Lingdong Road, ending at the wall located at 150 meters away and the area north of Qinan Road, ending at the wall located at 290 meters away (excluding high-risk areas).
（三）花山镇两龙北街以南、龙福路以北、鸡行岭街以东、两龙路以西区域（高风险区除外）。
3. Huashan Town The area encircled by Lianglong North Street in the north, Longfu Road in the south, Jixingling Street in the west and Lianglong Road in the east (excluding high-risk areas).
以上区域落实“人不出区、错峰取物”措施。
Residents in the above areas are prohibited to exit the zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule.
三、新增低风险区
III. Low-risk Area
花城街（中、高风险区和临时管控区除外）为低风险区，落实“个人防护、避免聚集”防范措施。
Huacheng Subdistrict (excluding medium- and high-risk areas as well as temporary partial lockdown zones). Residents in these areas must take proper personal precautions and avoid gathering.
四、新增临时管控区
IV. Temporary Partial Lockdown Zone
新华街迎宾大道、许广高速、中新大街延长线、无名道路、哥弟家元建筑工地合围区域（中、高风险区除外）。
The area encircled by Yingbin Avenue, Xuchang-Guangzhou Expressway, Zhongxin Avenue Extended Route, Unnamed Road and Gedi Jiayuan Construction Site(excluding medium- and high-risk areas as well as temporary partial lockdown zones) in Xinhua Subdistrict.
花城街兴隆新村（中风险区除外）。
Xinglong New Village, Huacheng Subdistrict (excluding medium-risk areas).
落实“人不出区、错峰取物”措施。
Residents in the above areas are prohibited to exit the zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule.
五、调整花城街中风险区
V. Adjustment of Medium-risk Area in Huacheng Subdistrict
原花城街三东村中风险区“三东村九队西边二巷至十九巷”调整为“三东村第9、10、11、12生产小队区域（高风险区除外），罗仙村8队部分区域”，落实“人不出区、错峰取物”措施。
The scope of medium-risk area in Sandong Village, Huacheng Subdistrict has been changed from “West Side 2nd Lane to 19th Lane, Jiudui, Sandong Village” to “No. 9, 10, 11 and 12 Production Division, Sandong Village ((excluding high-risk areas), and partial areas of badui, Luoxian Village”. Residents in the above areas are prohibited to exit the zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule.
上述区域防控措施按照国家防控要求自发布之日起执行，后续将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整。区域内居民如遇到生活、就医等困难，可拨打24小时暖心服务热线。
The measures above-mentioned are implemented since the date of issue and will be adjusted dynamically according to the changing COVID-19 situation. If residents in these areas experience any difficulty in accessing basic and medical services, they can dial the 24-hour service hotline.
