3. 少吃升糖指数过高,饱腹感又差的食物。

吃进食物之后,血糖上升,胰岛素会帮助体内过多的葡萄糖转化成糖原和脂肪。而当摄入含有很多添加糖或精细碳水的食物,血糖浓度升高太快,更多葡萄糖就会被变成脂肪储存起来。

此外,胰岛素抵抗和肥胖关系也很密切,可能会互相加重。这类人群更需要注意控制血糖,少吃升糖指数过高的食物,比如用粗粮部分替换精细主粮。
