关于产品壁厚分析的句型(Part Wall thickness):
1.此处壁过厚,易产生缩水,建议减少壁厚。
Because of the shrinkage of the thickness, we suggest decreasing the material.
2. 红色区域可能会出现缩水,我们建议对下面的筋位减胶处理。
It possible has sink mark in the red position, we suggest decreasing the material of these ribs!
3.壁厚分析:产品壁厚均匀,平均厚度2.5mm.
Wall thickness analysis: uniform thickness, average thickness is 2.5mm.
二、关于拔模分析的句型(Part draft analysis)
1. 产品表面出模斜度小于9度,请确认是否蚀纹。
The draft angle is less than 9 degrees, please conform whether they need to grain.
2. 紫色面为前模面,9度拔模分析,如果指示的红色面需要蚀纹请加大红色面的出模角(另一个产品同样存在此问题)
Purple surface represent cavity side, 9°draft angle analysis, pls increase demoulding angle of the red face if it need to do texture.(the same as another part) 。
3.前模拔模分析:紫色面是前模面,拔模角为9度,请给出表面蚀纹区域和纹号,谢谢!
Draft analysis for cavity: purple surfaces is cavity side, draft angle is 9 degree, please advise texture area and # of texture, thank you!
4. 蓝色面为后模面,所有的绿色面是直身的,建议为绿色面增加1-2度的出模角(另一个产品同样存在此问题)。
Blue surface represents core side, all green faces are straight, suggest to make their demoulding angle to 1-2°.(the same as another part)

四、关于分型线的句型(Parting lines)
1. 此处做行位会有夹线,是否可以接受。

3.红色线是分型线,请确认!
These red lines are parting lines, please confirm!

五、关于水口位置的句型(Gate location)
1. 一点牛角入水,流道直径为5mm,水口直径为1mm.
One point horn gate, the runner diameter is 5mm, the gate diameter is 1mm
2. 一点热嘴转搭接浇口,请确认.
One hot nozzle turn to overlap gate,pls confirm.
3. 扇形水口尺寸:15X1mm

1. 行位和斜顶排位及分型线,是否OK?

七、关于顶出位置的句型(Ejector pin location)
1.如图所示,产品采用顶针和斜顶顶出,并且具体的顶针及斜顶位置会在设计时适当调整,请确认。
Ejector pin and lifter eject the part as indicated, and the position of ejector pin and lifter will be adjusted while design, please confirm.
2. 顶出:顶针+斜顶,顶针将在设计时适当调整。
Ejector: pins + lifters , pins will be adjusted during designing.
八、关于问题点的句型(Problem)
1. 产品这个面可否加顶针或顶块?
Can we add ejector pins or ejector bar in the face of this part?
2. 产品的这个位置不能出模,我们打算做行位。
There's an undercut at this position and it needs a slider.
3. 产品里面的这个位置我们打算做斜顶或行位,有问题吗?
We will make lifter or slider in this position, will that be a problem?
4. 产品的这个位置太小,导致模具钢料太薄,能够加宽这个位置吗?
This position is too small and the steel material too thin, can we widen it ?
5. 斜顶在运动时会干涉到柱子,能移动这个柱子的位置吗?
The lifter interferes with the boss during ejection. Please consider changing the position of the boss.
6. 此处有尖钢,容易损坏。
It is easy to be damaged due to the sharp feature。
7. 产品壁厚为2mm,为了预防缩水建议将产品的筋位厚度由1mm减到0.8mm,请确认!
The wall thickness for the part is 2mm, suggest to change the thickness of rib from 1mm to 0.8mm to prevent sink mark, please confirm.
8. 请将绿色面增加0.5度出模角。
Pls make demoulding angle to 0.5 °for the green face.
9.斜顶上的绿色面在斜顶出模方向上无拔模角,建议增加1-2度出模角,请确认并修改产品(另一个产品同样存在此问题)
The green face of lifters represent no draft angle for the lifters demoulding direction, suggest to make demoulding angle to 1-2°,pls confirm and modify.(the same as the another part)
