Business Analyst
- 岗位职责 -
Requirements
1. 通过桌面调研（desk research）与电话收集项目数据
2. 协助顾问进行专家访谈和陌生电访
3. 分析数据并提炼出关键信息
4. 根据要求进行行业分析并编辑报告
1. Conduct desk research and phone calls to collect data
2. Support our consultants in interviews and cold calling
3. Perform analysis and translate into key messages
4. Create reports in the analysis context to agreed standard and timing
- 招聘要求 -
Primary responsibility
1. 国内外知名大学本科或研究生，2021年3月-2022年3月毕业生优先
2. 有优异的中英文听说读写能力， 能适应英文的工作环境，日语读写能力加分
3. 勤奋靠谱，热爱研究
4. 管理咨询公司的工作经历（起码有实习经历）
5. 学习汽车、工程、化学、能源等理工科专业优先
6. 有扎实的逻辑思考能力，商业知识和基本的商业嗅觉
7. 有一定的商务沟通技能
8. 熟练使用PPT、Word、Excel等电脑办公软件
1. Undergraduate or graduate students from prestigious universities who expected to graduate from March 2021 to March 2022 are preferred
2. Good listening, speaking, and writing capability in business English and Chinese
3. Experience in Management Consulting firms
4. Intensive interests in and passion for pursuing consultancy as a career, internship experiencewith other top management consulting companies is a plus
5. Major in automotive, engineering, chemical, energy, etc.
6. Good knowledge and sense of business
7. Solid thinking skill, business knowledge & sense
8. Strong computer (PPT, Word and Excel) skills
