近日，印度再出新动作，打压中企。
据印度国防新闻网 （Indian Defence News） 消息，印度政府宣布禁止118款中国应用 （app） 。
印度电子和信息技术部 （MEIT） 9月2日发布公告声称，118款手机应用程序已根据《信息技术法》被禁止，理由是“从事损害印度主权完整、国防、国家安全和公共秩序的活动”。
India banned 118 additional Chinese apps — including PUBG Mobile, Alipay, and Baidu — in excuse of security issues on Wednesday, after tensions surged again along its border with China.
MEIT还声称，他们收到投诉，称这些应用“以未经授权的方式窃取和秘密传输用户数据到印度境外的服务器上”。对这些数据的分析“危害印度国家安全”，需要采取紧急措施。
The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has received many complaints from various sources... for stealing and surreptitiously transmitting users' data in an unauthorized manner to servers which have locations outside India. The compilation of these data, …, which ultimately impinges upon the sovereignty and integrity of India, is a matter of very deep and immediate concern which requires emergency measures.
据悉，此次被禁止的手机应用包括《绝地求生》手游 （PUBG MOBILE LITE） 、企业微信 （WeChat Work） 、微信读书 （WeChat reading） 、名片识别软件“名片全能王” （CamCard） 、百度 （Baidu） 、照片编辑软件“Cut Cut”、视讯应用“VooV” 等。
近来，印度政府多次出招打压中国企业，频频违背市场规则，接连出台限制中国企业一系列歧视性、不合理政策的做法。
6月29日，印度政府封禁包括微信在内的59款中国背景手机应用，严重损害中国企业合法权益。
对此，中国外交部发言人赵立坚曾强调：
印度政府有责任根据市场原则，维护包括中国企业在内的国际投资者的合法权益。中印两国在务实领域的合作，是互利共赢的，这种合作格局受到人为损害，实际上并不符合印方自己的利益。 The Indian government has the responsibility to protect the legitimate rights and interests of international investors in India, including Chinese businesses, in accordance with market principles. Practical cooperation between China and India is mutually beneficial. Deliberate interference in such cooperation will not serve the interests of the Indian side.
中国驻印度使馆发言人嵇蓉参赞也曾表示，印方措施选择性地特定针对部分中国应用程序，歧视性地采取限制，理由模糊牵强，程序有违公正公开，滥用国家安全例外，涉嫌违反世贸组织相关规则。
嵇蓉说，我们希望印方认识到中印经贸合作互利共赢的本质，同时敦促印方改变相关歧视性做法，从双方根本利益和中印关系大局出发，维护中印经贸合作势头，对各国来印投资企业和服务提供者一视同仁，营造一个开放、公平、公正的营商环境。
