自8月2日零时起，对从上海机场入境来江苏人员实施接转和集中医学观察。为做好转运工作，由无锡市公安局、市外办、市卫健委、市商务局、市交通局等抽调骨干力量组成的“昆山专班”赶赴昆山花桥，为开展经上海机场入境来苏人员接转工作做好防疫保障，严防疫情境外输入。

在集中医学观察的第5天由上海市安排进行采样和核酸检测， 检测结果呈阴性的，在上海集中医学观察满7天后，由我省安排专人专车从上海集中医学观察点闭环接驳至昆山中转基地。后由我市闭环管理转运至目的地县区指定集中医学观察点，继续集中医学观察7天，落实后续防控措施。

Wuxi “Kunshan Transfer Work Team” Resumed
On July 31, Wuxi “Kunshan Transfer Work Team” rushed to the front line of epidemic prevention and control with members from such departments as Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Public Security, Foreign Affairs Office of Wuxi Municipal People’s Government, Wuxi Municipal Health Commission, Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Transportation, etc., in a bid to carry out “7+7” transfer mode and to cooperate with the follow-up quarantine and prevention and control measures.
On August 1, Kunshan Transfer Work Team conducted an on-site transfer drill and made adequate preparations in order to strictly guard against the imported COVID-19 cases and further guarantee an organized and efficient operation of the transfer work.
According to the coordinated arrangements of the central leadership and in light of the requirements of the joint mechanism for foreign-related COVID-19 prevention and control in the Yangtze River Delta, Jiangsu-bound travelers who have entered China via airports in Shanghai will be transferred for quarantine and health observation starting from 00:00 today (August 2).
Jiangsu-bound travelers entering China via airports in Shanghai will be transported by dedicated vehicles to designated hotels for quarantine and health observation after their information has been collected and put on record by Shanghai city. Sampling and nucleic acid testing will be carried out by Shanghai on the fifth day of quarantine.
Those tested negative will be transferred from quarantine sites in Shanghai to the Kunshan Transfer Base by dedicated staff and vehicles of Jiangsu Province in a seamless and hermetic manner when their seven-day quarantine period is over. The city of Wuxi will pick up travelers bound for it at the Kunshan Transfer Base and transport them by dedicated staff and vehicles in a seamless and hermetic manner to their destinations where they will be put under isolated quarantine and health observation for another seven days as follow-up prevention and control steps.
無錫市の昆山転送専門グループ運転再開
7月31日、無錫市は公安局、外事弁公室、衛生健康委員会、商務局、交通局などから主力を引き出し、「昆山転送専門グループ」を仕組んで、現場の昆山に赴き、「7+7」モードの転送を実施し、後続の隔離と予防措置の実施を展開し始めた。
海外からの输入感染を断固予防するため、昆山専门グループは8月1日に演習を行い、転送に関する一連の仕事が秩序よく効率高く运転できるように十分な準備をした。
国家の統一的な配置と長江デルタ渉外感染症に関する連動メカニズムの要求に基づき、8月2日の午前零時から、江蘇省は上海の空港から入国して目的地が江蘇省の渡航者に対し、転送と集中隔離医学的観察の制度を実施し始めた。
無錫に来る渡航者は上海の空港から入国した後、上海市で情報収集と登録を行い、指定ホテルで集中隔離して医学的観察を行う。医学的観察の5日目は上海市によりサンプリングとPCR検査を行う。
検査結果が陰性の場合、上海で集中的に隔離して7日間後、江蘇省から専用班と専用車を手配して、上海の隔離ホテルから昆山の転送拠点まで送る。クローズドループ管理を通じて目的地にある指定隔離ホテルへ迎え、引き続き7日間の集中隔離医学的観察を行い、後続の予防措置を実施する。
