最近，周深在节目《歌手·当打之年》上翻唱了英文歌《Monsters》，天籁的嗓音一开口便惊艳全场，也让这首曾经的抖音神曲再次大火。
《Monsters》发行于2014年，歌曲讲述了一个关于坦白与理解的故事。一个内心有着不可告人的故事的男生，在喜欢的人面前怯于展现自己的柔弱和缺点，而使两人关系走向紧张，而女生用善良与包容去舒缓男生的焦虑与不安，融化了男生冰冷的心，最终两人彼此理解，携手走过漫长岁月。
