知名物理学家 Stephen Hawking 于不久前经由家人证实逝世消息，享寿 76 岁。Stephen Hawking 的一生相当传奇，曾被改编为 2014 年电影《The Theory of Everything》 ，让外界更加了解 Hawking 的人生故事，男主角 Eddie Redmayne 更是藉由饰演 Hawking 拿下奥斯卡最佳男主角。
而 Hawking 最为闻人知晓的著名著作〈A Brief History of Time〉谈论了黑洞与大爆炸的前卫性理论，此后 Hawking 将余生投入研究，并持续分享个人对于宇宙的广泛看法，包括人工智慧与外星人的敏感议题，备受外界推崇与议论。而今日 Hawking 的孩子们 Lucy、Robert 与 Tim 一同发布声明怀念父亲：
