约翰·布洛赫·苏特（John Bulloch Souter，1890-1972）是一位多才多艺的英国艺术家，1890年出生于苏格兰阿伯丁。他在当地的艺术学院接受教育，并在欧洲大陆的旅行中受到大师作品的启发。
第一次世界大战后，苏特定居伦敦，成为皇家艺术学院的展出者，并以肖像画家身份获得声誉。他的肖像作品涵盖了舞台名人和知名人士，而1926年的《The Breakdown》更是引起了广泛关注。
第二次世界大战期间，他在伦敦审查部门工作，并在温莎城堡修复画作。1952年，他回到阿伯丁，专注于风景和静物画创作。约翰·布洛赫·苏特的作品被多个公共收藏所珍藏，他在英国艺术史上留下了自己的印记，并于1972年逝世。
