四川省雅安市芦山县，是一座有着2300年历史的古老县城，在这座县城里，有一种戏曲已经流传了2000多年。
Sichuan’s Lushan County has a history of 2,300 years. There is a kind of opera that has been passed down for more than 2,000 years.
芦山花灯是四川省三大花灯之一，兴起于汉代，盛行于宋代，流传至今已有2000多年的历史，被称为“中国戏曲活化石”。
Lushan lantern is one of the three major lanterns in Sichuan Province, which started in the Han Dynasty and flourished in the Song Dynasty, and has a history of more than 2,000 years, and is known as the “living fossil of Chinese opera”.
芦山花灯的渊源，可以追溯到古代祭祀活动，它的念白、唱腔、步法，可以寻觅到羌族传统祭祀仪式的影子。在与汉文化的不断融合中，这种表演又最终确立了以汉语为载体的演唱形式。
The Lushan Lantern descends from ancient sacrificial rites. Its line delivery, operatic singing, and footwork bear resemblance to traditional Qiang sacrifice rituals. Over the course of integrating with Han culture, this performance ends up creating a singing form with Chinese as the carrier.
