3月27日,第四届中国餐饮空间设计奖2024 CRIDA颁奖典礼在上海新国际博览中心圆满举行,入围餐厅的代表与过百位嘉宾齐聚现场,共同见证了今年55个奖项的最终归属。

On March 27th, the Fourth China Restaurant Interior Design Awards 2024 (CRIDA) Ceremony took place at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Representatives from the nominated restaurants, along with over a hundred guests, gathered on-site to witness the final allocation of this year's 55 awards.

CRIDA (China Restaurant Interior Design Awards)是由Hotel & Shop Plus上海国际酒店及商业空间博览会与高端生活方式媒体Tasting Kitchen(TK)共同协办的重量级、具有行业影响力的设计大奖。

本届榜单的专业评审团阵容鼎盛,邀请多位来自餐饮、建筑、媒体及艺术界的知名人士,从创新、设计理念、美学与功能规划等不同角度,选出各奖项的得主。

China Restaurant Interior Design Awards (CRIDA) is an influential design award co-hosted by Hotel & Shop Plus Shanghai International Hospitality and Commercial Interior Expo and the upscale lifestyle media Tasting Kitchen (TK).

The judging panel for this year's awards comprises prominent professionals from the restaurant, architecture, media, and art fields. They assess award winners based on criteria such as innovation, design concepts, aesthetics, and functional planning.

回望1996,那是一切刚刚开始的起点。「1996川菜·主厨餐厅」对话初心,以东坡雪堂为理念,希望以一方宁静空间诉说心意,为食客带来安静的飨食和文化体验。餐厅整体空间为淡雅的中性灰色调,设计师利用大量的在地特色食材展示、鲜活水产展示、文化展示空间提升空间层次感,带来具有冲击性的视觉感受。

Looking back at 1996, it was where it all began. Chef 1996 Restaurant stays true to its roots, drawing inspiration from Dongpo Xuetang to create a serene space that offers a peaceful dining experience intertwined with culture. The restaurant exudes an elegantly neutral ambiance, with designers seamlessly integrating abundant displays of local specialties, fresh seafood, and cultural elements to visually enrich the dining experience.
