很久以前,小吊梨汤主要依靠街头巷尾的叫卖来出售,后来老北京的戏院门口成了畅销地。戏角儿唱戏,观众们热衷为喜欢的角儿叫好,一场戏下来,双方都需要喝上一杯。

Long ago, fermented pear juice relied mainly on street vendors for sales, and later, it became popular outside old Beijing theaters. As actors performed and audiences cheered for their favorite characters, both sides needed a drink after the show.

小吊梨汤,以梨、银耳、乌梅等为主要原料,一吊就是一壶。小吊梨汤的润泽由内而外,咕咚一口,甜而不腻,果香甘醇。

Fermented pear juice, made mainly from pears, tremella fungus, and black plums, is brewed in a pot. The moisture of fermented pear juice comes from within, with each sip being sweet but not cloying, with a fruity and mellow flavor.
