  身上有7个 “止疼开关”<\/strong><\/p>

   生活中我们经常会遇到一些疼痛,有的与疾病有关,有的与生活习惯有关。某中医师提醒,其实人身上就有许多“止疼开关”,可以通过按压等方式,将疼痛感“关掉”。<\/p>

   头痛开关——揪揉眉间。<\/strong><\/p>

  南京市中西医结合医院推拿科副主任中医师戴奇斌说,两眉间有个“印堂穴”,按摩这个位置有助于缓解头痛、鼻部不适等症状。<\/p>

   背痛开关——搓捂后腰。<\/strong><\/p>

  背痛时,用双手搓搓后腰,腰酸背痛的症状会有立竿见影的改善。腰部是中医所指的“带脉”所行之处,特别是脊椎两旁,是肾脏所在位置。肾喜温恶寒,经常按摩能有助于缓解腰酸背痛。<\/p>

   牙痛开关——按虎口或下关穴。<\/strong><\/p>

  “牙痛不是病,疼起来要人命!”牙痛总会让人坐卧不安,此时不妨试试身体两个止牙痛的穴位。一个在“虎口”附近,即拇指、食指合拢时肌肉的最高处。揉压虎口时,应朝小指方向用力,这样才能更好地发挥疗效。另一个在耳朵前方,颧骨与下颌之间的凹陷处,即下关穴。<\/p>

   肩痛开关——提揉“肩峰”。<\/strong><\/p>

  很多人经常帮父母揉肩,但是很少有人知道揉肩止痛的标准动作是什么。戴奇斌介绍说,揉肩除了能舒活肩部气血,还能按压“肩井穴”,即乳头正上方与肩线交接、肩部最高处,有助于缓解肩膀酸痛、头重脚轻、眼睛疲劳、耳鸣、落枕等症状。<\/p>

   心痛开关——点按手腕。<\/strong><\/p>

  手腕横纹往上约三指宽处,即为心痛开关,此处也是中医所指的内关穴。若突发心绞痛,除了含服硝酸甘油外,还可以点按此处5分钟,能够活血通络,起到止痛的作用。需要提醒的是,此法仅作辅助治疗以及急救使用,为了以防万一,发病时务必及时就诊。<\/p>

   痛经开关——揉捻脚背。<\/strong><\/p>

  痛经开关在脚背上,大脚趾和二脚趾之间的缝隙向上1.5厘米凹陷处。具体按摩方法如下:用左手拇指指腹揉捻右脚,以有酸胀感为宜,1分钟后再用右手拇指指腹揉捻左脚即可。<\/p>
