  失眠事小,对人的伤害却很大,既伤身,又伤神。它不但会降低人的免疫力,诱发头痛、高血压、心脏病、高血脂、老年性痴呆等疾病;还会让人整天昏昏沉沉,特别容易忘事儿。有的人整天没精打采,有的人精神紧张、碰到稍不顺心的事就爱发怒,跟周围的人处不好关系,这都跟失眠有关。<\/p>

  中医将失眠称为“不寐”,原因大多与没有调节好阴阳有关。夜半子时为阴阳大会。所以,我们一定要在23点以前上床睡觉,这样才适合养生之道。实在睡不着,那就“意念转三圈”。<\/p>

  我有个朋友是网络工程师。他每天都要忙到凌晨两点才去睡觉,然后一直睡到早上9点起床。时间长了,他就失眠了。每天晚上躺在床上,他都是睁眼到天亮。后来,只好靠吃安眠药助睡眠了。<\/p>

  有一次,我就开导他说:“反正你每天都要睡足7个小时,你就按照我说的,晚上10点睡,早上5点起床,然后中午补个觉试试?”过了一个月,他兴冲冲地跑来告诉我:“能睡着啦,能睡着啦!”那神情就像小孩子一样。如果用“子午觉”的方法您还睡不着,那使用“意念转圈”的方法,具体如下:<\/p>

  1:先躺在床上,让四肢伸成个“大”字,全身彻底放松下来,包括肌肉和精神;<\/strong><\/p>

  2:闭上眼睛,将意念集中于眉心间的印堂穴,在心里默念(即意念、想)“我的头沉了,完全放松了”,可以体会放松后的感觉,下同;<\/strong><\/p>

  3:隔上几秒钟后,注意将意念转到右手,再默念“我的右手沉了,完全放松了”;<\/strong><\/p>

  4:再让意念走到右脚上,默念“我的右脚沉了,完全放松了”;<\/strong><\/p>

  5:接着将意念转到右侧,默念“我的左脚沉了,完全放松了”,再接着就是“我的左手沉了,完全放松了”;<\/strong><\/p>

  6:转完一圈后,回到头部,重新开始。<\/strong><\/p>

  做这样的意念导引,您就是在告诉全身的每一处:我要睡觉了。我自己试过,没超过三圈就睡着了。对大转。如果您是左撇子,那就要从左手开始转了。部分人来说,要从头向右手方向转。<\/p>

  这个方法看似简单,效果却很神奇。失眠的根本原因是全身发僵、紧张,放松不下来。有些人一失眠就吃安眠药,第二天醒来后,常会感觉全身酸软乏力,有时甚至动弹不得,这说明安眠药的作用就是让您全身的肌肉、神经放松。而使用“意念转圈”,能让您在最短的时间内放松下来。当您躺成“大”字时,您全身的神经、肌肉舒展的面积最大,最利于全身的放松。这个方法我教过很多人,屡试不爽。<\/p>

  “意念转圈”不仅可以治疗失眠,还能帮我们消除高血压、心脏病的隐患,而且抑郁、焦虑、烦闷等不良情绪也会跟着消失。<\/p>
